Description
ROTARY BARBECUE APPARATUS
Technical Field
The present invention relates generally to a rotary barbecue apparatus, and more particularly to a rotary-type barbecue cooking apparatus which can broil a large amount of meat uniformly at a time.
Background Art
A barbecue cooking apparatus is generally furnished with a heat source at its lower part while meat is placed and broiled on upper part thereof. Another type of a barbecue cooking apparatus which is furnished with a heat source at its side can also be used.
In said apparatuses however, inconvenience of a continual work of turning over the meat is needed to cook the meat uniformly. Moreover, the meat would be from time to time burnt up during cooking process.
Therefore, various forms of rotary-type barbecue cooking apparatuses are recently suggested and commercially used, whereby meat can be cooked uniformly without being burnt.
A rotary-type ocher charcoal barbecue device disclosed under Korean Utility Model No. 227462 suggests a configuration as illustrated in FIG. 1 : an ocher layer 2 is formed within the body 1 , a round rotational plate 5 is formed at each of both sides within the ocher layer 2, a no. 2 connection shaft 10 is formed along circumference of the rotational plate 5, a roast bin 3 is formed at the no. 2 connection shaft for keeping meat, a no. 2 chain 11 is furnished for connecting no. 2 connection shaft 10 with a no. 2 speed reducer 12, a no 1 connection shaft 6 is formed at center of the rotational plate 5, a no. 1 chain gear 7 is formed at one end of the no. 1 connection shaft 6, and a no. 1 chain 8 is furnished for connecting the no.1 chain gear 7 to a no 1 speed reducer 9. When no. 1 speed reducer 9 and no. 2 speed reducer 12 each rotates, the rotational plate 5 and the roast bins 3 each
separately spins, and thereby it is possible to prevent that only a portion of the whole meat is excessively cooked by heat radiation from a furnace 4.
In said barbecue device however, since the roast bins 3 are installed at locations within the body 1 , replacing work of the roast bins 3 already heated hot causes a problem, and another inconvenience accompanies in taking out fully-done meat one by one from the roast bin 3.
In order to solve these problems, a barbecue device disclosed in Korean Patent Application No. 2004-25592 suggests, as illustrated in FIG. 2: two furnaces 21 & 22 are formed at upper part of the body 20, two lids 25 & 26 having transparent windows (not shown in drawing) are formed above the furnaces 21 & 22, and rotational holding spears 23 and grill 24 are placed on upper part of the furnaces 21 & 22 so that fully-broiled meat can be taken out easily.
In said barbecue device however, since the number of holding spears connected to fixing base (not shown in drawing) that rotates in exposure at inside of the furnace 21 is small, it has a drawback that a large amount of meat can not be roasted or broiled at a time.
Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
The present invention was contrived to alleviate or solve problems and drawbacks mentioned as above. It is an object of the present invention therefore to provide a rotary barbecue apparatus for broiling a large amount of meat uniformly at a time, by installing rotation means in a plurality of steps above a furnace, by mounting a plurality of meat skewer bars at said rotation means, and by rotating these to a certain established direction.
In addition, it is another object of the present invention to provide a rotary barbecue apparatus that can control cooking speed as it is necessary according to heat strength applied from furnace on the meat, by installing rotation means in a plurality of steps above a furnace, and by mounting a plurality of meat skewer bars at said plural steps of rotation means.
Moreover, it is further another object of the present invention to provide a rotary barbecue apparatus, whereby workers may cook in a safe and convenient way and take out fully-done meat or flesh outwards easily, by connecting meat skewer bars to rotation means in such a manner that they are easily attached and detached from outside of the furnace.
In addition, it is further another object of the present invention to provide a rotary barbecue apparatus for cooking a large amount of meat in a short time, by installing the upper part of furnace openably and closably, and by preventing outward loss of furnace heat generation. Moreover, it is further another object of the present invention to provide a rotary barbecue apparatus, whereby the meat may be cooked in a more comfortable and fresher atmosphere, by discharging out the smoke and smell that will be generated during cooking process.
