在本实施例 2中 ,二维条码被编码为信息 ID如： 200345或 URL如： http://wap.gmedia.cn/200345 ,该信息 ID或 U L将移动电话联网到 URL: http://wap.gmedia.cn/200345 , 信息发布者的发布信息排序即在该页面显 示， 如： 二维条码引导用户查询川菜信息， 则识读条码后的联网显示页 面排序为：
侨江南： 北海万泰店， 电话： 62343234
渝乡人家： 海淀图书城店， 电话： 63546387
沸腾鱼乡： 赛特店， 电话： 64352834
由于侨江南设定的每次点击金额最高， 所以排在最前面， 沸腾鱼乡 设定的每次点击金额最低， 所以排在最后面。
实施例 3
实施例 3是在实施例 1或 2的基础上， 将移动通信终端换为插接有 无线网卡的掌上电脑， 通讯网络也换为基于无线通讯基站及无线网卡的 网络， 其它步骤相同。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1.利用无线通信终端收集及发布信息并按竟价排序的方法， 该方法 包括以下步骤：
1 ) 信息发布者通过录入系统将发布信息提交给信息存储系统；
2 ) 通过审核管理系统审核条码信息与发布信息是否对应， 发布信息 是否符合要求；
3 ) 将审核通过的信息存入发布数据库当中；
信息检索步骤：
1) 用户利用无线通信终端上的或是连接于无线通信终端上的条 码识读装置获取信息载体上的条码信息；
2) 将条码信息翻译为检索关键字；
3) 通过无线通信终端向服务器发起检索请求；
4) 检索系统根据接收的检索关键字从发布数据库中检索出符合 条件的原始数据；
5) 排序系统根据系统设定的规则按点击金额对原始数据进行排 序， 生成排序结果集；
6) 无线通信终端接收排序后的结果数据，并按设定的显示规则显 示给用户。
2.按照权利要求 1所述的利用无线通信终端收集及发布信息并按竟 价排序的方法， 其特征在于， 所述检索系统根据检索关键字获取检索结 果时可以获取符合条件的所有记录， 也可以只获取符合条件的限定个数 的 i己录。
3.按照权利要求 1所述的利用无线通信终端收集及发布信息并按竟 价排序的方法， 其特征在于， 所述检索结果的核心内容包括： 条码信息， 条码代表的产品信息， 简要摘要， 信息的所在地址。
4.按照权利要求 1所述的利用无线通信终端收集及发布信息并按竟 价排序的方法， 其特征在于， 所述排序系统根据点击金额的高低对信息 进行排序， 击金额高的排在前面， 低的排在后面 -如果两条或数条信 息的点击金额相同， 则可采用以下六种排序方案中的任何一种：
1 ) 根据信息发布者提交信息的时间进行排序， 提交时间早的排在前 面， 晚的排在后面；
2 ) 根据信息发布者提交信息的时间进行排序， 提交时间早的排在后 面， 晚的 4非在前面；
3 ) 根据信息发布者提交信息被审核通过的时间进行排序， 审核通过 时间早的排在前面， 晚的排在后面；
4 ) 根据信息发布者提交信息被审核通过的时间进行排序， 审核通过 时间早的排在后面， 晚的排在前面；
5 ) 商品信息中包含价格信息的，价格低的排在前面， 高的排在后面；
6 ) 随机排序。
5.按照权利要求 1所述的利用无线通信终端收集及发布信息并按竟 价排序的方法， 其特征在于， 所述的无线通信网络是指无线通信终端与 服务器之间的通信利用的是移动通信网络，所述的无线通信终端是指手 机或具有移动通讯功能的掌上电脑。
6.按照权利要求 1所述的利用无线通信终端收集及发布信息并按竟 价排序的方法， 其特征在于， 所述的无线通信网络是指无线通信终端与 服务器之间的通信利用的是无线局域网， 所述的无线通信终端是指内置 有或插接有无线通讯网卡的手机或掌上电脑。
7.按照权利要求 1所述的利用无线通信终端收集及发布信息并按竟 价排序的方法， 其特征在于， 所述的无线通信终端上的条码识读装置为 终端自带的照摄像装置。
8.按照权利要求 1所述的利用无线通信终端收集及发布信息并按竟 价排序的方法， 其特征在于， 所述的连接于无线通信终端上的条码识读 装置为光电式的条码识读装置。
9.按照权利要求 1所述的利用无线通信终端收集及发布信息并按竟 价排序的方法， 其特征在于， 所述的信息识读装置与无线通信终端的连 接方式可以采用有线或无线的方式。
10.按照权利要求 1 所述的利用无线通信终端收集及发布信息并按 竟价排序的方法， 其特征在于， 所述的解码系统为运行于无线通信终端 上的解码软件， 其可以将捕捉到的条码信息解码为与其相对应的检索关 键字。

14.一种利用无线通信终端收集及发布信息并按竟价排序的系统， 其包括以下部分：
信息录入系统： 信息发布者将发布信息通过录入系统提交到存储系 统中；
信息存储系统： 用于保存发布者提交的信息以及其它相关的信息； 审核管理系统： 审核条码信息与发布信息是否对应， 发布信息是否符合 要求；
检索系统： 用于响应检索请求， 并根据检索关键字给出相应的检索 结果的核心内容； 排序系统： 根据信息发布者所设定的点击金额对检索 系统给出的检索结果进行排序， 最终生成排序后的结果集； ' 回复系统： 将排序的结果数据发送给终端设备；
其特征在于： 该系统还包括：
条码识读装置： 用于识读信息载体上的条码信息；
解码系统： 将信息识读装置捕捉到的条码信息解码成检索关键字； 终端响应系统： 负责向服务器端发起检索请求， 并负责接收服务器返回 的数据；
终端显示系统： 用于显示服务器端返回的结果数据。
