Abstract

L'invention concerne une méthode, un dispositif et diverses trousses d'immunodétection spécifique de chaînes légères libres dans un échantillon d'urine non traité. La méthode, le dispositif et les trousses de l'invention peuvent être utilisés pour effectuer un criblage destiné à identifier un état pathologique produisant la protéine de Bence-Jones. La méthode consiste à chercher à détecter la présence de la protéine de Bence-Jones dans de l'urine non brassée, non centrifugée. La méthode, le dispositif et les trousses de l'invention peuvent être utilisés pour surveiller et effectuer des essais complémentaires visant à détecter de tels états pathologiques. Un dispositif in vitro (IVD) peut effectuer la détection de chaînes légères d'urine non brassée (BJP). Ce dispositif peut être un matériel de dosage IVD, un tube (comme ceux utilisés dans un laboratoire clinique ou un cabinet de médecin, notamment) incorporant une bande de réactif, ou une cassette utilisant une technologie d'écoulement latéral (ladite cassette pouvant être utilisée pour effectuer des essais à la maison ou sur le lieu d'administration des soins, notamment). Le dispositif est efficace pour tous les usages énumérés ci-dessous se rapportant aux états pathologiques évoqués produisant la BJP décelable par le dispositif: criblage, surveillance, et essai complémentaire. On décrit une méthode de criblage destinée à détecter un état pathologique produisant la BJP, qui consiste à effectuer un essai visant à détecter la présence de la BJP dans de l'urine non brassée, non centrifugée. On décrit également d'autres méthodes similaires de surveillance et d'essai complémentaire visant à détecter de tels états pathologiques.
