Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de synthèse progressive de polymères, et notamment de biopolymères, sur une surface de support solide. Ce procédé consiste à utiliser une surface de support solide possédant un site de liaison, à appliquer une première micro-gouttelette d'une solution renfermant un premier élément constitutif de polymère sur le site de liaison en vue de fixer le premier élément constitutif de polymère au site de liaison, et à appliquer, sur le site de liaison modifié de l'étape précédente, une seconde micro-gouttelette d'une solution renfermant le même élément constitutif de polymère ou un élément différent, cette solution contenant un solvant présentant une viscosité supérieure à 7 mPa s. La présente invention concerne également une biopuce pouvant être obtenue au moyen d'un procédé, ainsi qu'un système automatisé de synthèse de polymères permettant de synthétiser, sur un support solide, une chaîne polymère par addition successive d'éléments constitutifs de polymère, et comprenant une tête d'impression à jet d'encre, une cellule de traitement, une unité de transport et un récipient contenant une solution renfermant un élément constitutif de polymère.
