Abstract

L'invention concerne un fragment d'acides nucléiques isolés codant une dihydroflavonol-4-réductase. L'invention concerne également la production d'une construction d'ADN de recombinaison codant l'ensemble ou une partie de dihydroflavonol-4-réductase en orientation sens ou antisens, l'expression de la construction d'ADN de recombinaison entraînant la production de taux modifiés de dihydroflavonol-4-réductase dans une cellule hôte transformée.
