La présente invention concerne un produit d'ondulation permanente ou de décrêpage comprenant des billes, plus particulièrement, un produit d'ondulation permanente ou de décrêpage comprenant : (a) des perles d'une substance stable dans un agent réducteur, dans un agent chimique alcalin, dans un agent oxydant et dans des zones acides et alcalines, dans lesquelles la substance stable contient une certaine quantité d'une substance nutritive permettant de soulager l'irritation des cheveux et du cuir chevelu et de protéger et régénérer les cheveux ainsi que le cuir chevelu ; et (b) une certaine quantité d'un épaississant aqueux permettant de disperser les perles dans la solution aqueuse acide et alcaline selon un modèle de distribution constant. Le produit d'ondulation permanente ou de décrêpage selon l'invention permet de réduire les lésions et l'irritation des cheveux et du cuir chevelu, d'obtenir des boucles et des mèches raides stables et souples, de manière rapide, indépendamment du traitement thermique, de réduire significativement l'apparition d'odeur désagréable, et présente un aspect visuel excellent étant donnée la dispersion constante de perles d'une autre couleur dans la préparation transparente.
