Abstract

Cette invention concerne un procédé de production de combustible pour moteur, principalement de combustible diesel à faible point de solidification, à partir d'hydrocarbures de fraction diesel, lequel procédé consiste à transformer des hydrocarbures dont la température d'ébullition est comprise entre 160 et 360 °C en présence d'un catalyseur poreux à une température d'au moins 200 °C et une pression n'excédant pas 3 MPa en introduisant ces hydrocarbures de fraction diesel dans un réacteur qui comprend une couche fixe de catalyseur. On utilise comme catalyseur une zéolithe de composition aluminosilicate, galloaluminosilicate, gallosilicate, ferroaluminosilicate ou chromoaluminosilicate sélectionnée parmi ZSM-5, ZSM-11, ZSM-12, ZSM-22, ZSM-23, ZSM-35, ZSM- 48, mordénite et BETA et préalablement traitée au moyen d'une solution d'acides organiques ou inorganiques. Cette invention permet d'accroître le rendement du combustible diesel.
