Abstract

La présente invention concerne un carton comprenant un distributeur amélioré à une extrémité du carton, qui préserve l'intégrité du carton lorsqu'il est ouvert, tout en permettant aux rabats d'extrémité de fond reliés au panneau de fond de rester en place, tout comme une partie de chaque rabat d'extrémité de côté qui chevauche les rabats d'extrémité de fond. Le distributeur présente une ligne de rupture de fond dans l'extrémité du carton, qui s'étend seulement partiellement sur l'extrémité du carton. Cette ligne de rupture s'étend vers le haut depuis chaque côté de la ligne de rupture de fond, afin de former des systèmes de retenue d'extrémité permettant d'empêcher des boîtes de la deuxième rangée du carton de rouler hors du carton. La ligne de rupture de fond n'est pas placée à une hauteur depuis le fond du carton supérieure à celle nécessaire pour retenir une boîte dans la rangée de fond et les systèmes de retenue de chaque côté du carton ne sont pas plus grands que nécessaire pour empêcher une boîte de la deuxième rangée de rouler hors du carton, ce qui permet d'accéder facilement aux boîtes de la rangée du fond de récipients une fois que les boîtes de la deuxième rangée et de la troisième rangée du carton ont été retirées. Le distributeur peut également être équipé d'un filet de sécurité pour la première boîte distribuée. La ligne de rupture supérieure dans le panneau supérieur formant le rabat de distributeur se trouve à une distance de l'extrémité de sortie du carton qui est sensiblement inférieure au diamètre d'une boîte contenue dans le carton. Cette distance s'élève de préférence entre 70 et 85 % du diamètre d'un récipient contenu dans le carton, mais peut être aussi petite à 50 % du diamètre du récipient plus approximativement trois millimètres.
