Abstract

L'invention concerne des microélectrodes comprenant une surface supérieure, deux parois et un noyau polymère. L'invention concerne en outre des microélectrodes comprenant une couche mince métallique. L'invention concerne également des procédés de fabrication de microlectrodes consistant à utiliser un substrat comprenant au moins une micro-nervure polymère. L'invention concerne également des procédés de fabrication d'un dispositif électro-optique consistant à utiliser un substrat comprenant au moins deux micro-nervures polymères. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé consistant à faire réagir un alcoxysilane, un (époxy)alcoxysilane et un alcoxysilane fluoré afin de former un polymère sol-gel fluoré, et à faire réagir un chromophore optique non linéaire comprenant un donneur, un pont π, un accepteur, et au moins un groupe alcoxysilyle avec le polymère sol-gel fluoré afin de former un polymère sol-gel fluoré optique non linéaire.
