Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un système (10) permettant de gérer une fonction de transaction électronique. Ledit procédé consiste à maintenir un compte financier primaire au nom d'un client parent et à enregistrer une pluralité de clients qui ont la permission de réaliser des transactions sur le compte primaire, en vue de recevoir des biens et des services d'un vendeur participant (26.1 26.n), en échange d'un paiement électronique adressé au vendeur (26.1 26.n) du compte primaire. L'ordinateur du serveur (12) peut être connecté aux téléphones mobiles (22.1...22.n) d'une pluralité de clients enregistrés par le biais d'un réseau de téléphonie mobile (24), afin que le paiement ou la transaction soit demandé par les clients au moyen des téléphones mobiles (22.1...22.n). Ledit compte financier est structuré de telle façon qu'un client parent et une pluralité de clients subsidiaires possédant des droits différents sur ledit compte sont autorisés à effectuer des transactions sur ce compte.
