Abstract
A plunger (3) for a non reusable syringe consisting of a front and a rear part. The two part plunger (3) is slidably mounted in the barrel (1) of the syringe, whereby the rear end portion of the front part having a plurality of axially projecting spring elements (5) to connect the front part with the rear part. The spring elements (5) are compressed by a compression ring (6) befor the syringe is used, whereby the compression ring (6) abuts upon the finger grip of the barrel (1). The compression ring (6) is locked by a U-shaped locking element (7) which is slidably mounted on the plunger, whereby the locking element (7) inhibits the forward movement of the plunger (3). After withdrawal of the locking element (7) the plunger (3) can be pushed forwardly and thus the spring elements (5) can be released from the compression ring (6) and thus the plunger (3) disintegrates into the two parts, whereby the separated front part is arrested in a recess of the barrel (1) by projecting parts (4) of the spring elements (5).
Description
NON-REUSABLE SYRINGE WITH TWO PART PLUNGER i 2 3 The piston of this report and respective tube, they are usable in 4 disposable packing and syringes, seeking to impede the use of the 5 syringes of the wrapped products and to avoid, in the case of the syringes, the risk that they can be a middle of contaminate. 7 The adulteration of some products and the improper to use of 8 syringes, hypodermic they are problems that it is challenging the human 9 capacity to find solutions. In face of this, the intends the piston destroy for 10 division as form of the forgers' action and of the unconscious. li With effect, said piston, that is composed of a body segmented
J2 Bi, when moving in the tube (syringe or packing), in the suction sense, it is
13 joined through the fitting of an edge in an I lower of the tube, that results
14 your previous part to stay retained inside mentioned him/it tube discarding is your other part, then resulting the non use of the syringe or packing for a
16 Second time.
17 So that the piston here demanded it can be understood in all is your details they complement this report taking as example a hypodermic 9 syringe, the following illustrations:0 Illustration 1— in profile, in longitudinal cut and before the use, of i the tube of the syringe and of the piston destroy for division;2 Illustration 2-a detail of the illustration 1, with the parts of the3 piston connected; Illustration 3-it presents in profile, in longitudinal cut, of the tube5 and of the piston, after the use of the syringe, showing the block of the6 first part of this and the disconnection of the Second leaves;7 Illustration 4 - it presents in detail of the illustration 3 showing8 him/it for now mentioned block of the first part of the piston and the9 already referred disconnection between the same first part and second,
i after the displacement of statement piston for the interior of the tube of the 2 syringe; 3 Illustration 5 - seen frontal previous of second it leaves of the 4 piston (no. 8 of the fig. 1) that connects the first part of the same piston 5 (no. 5 of the illustration 1), still seeing her: the diameter (12) that and the 6 projection of the fixation of the restraint (7); the diameter (13), that and the 7 largest diameter of the fitting inside the connector (5), and the diameter 8 (14) linked the base; that and smaller; Illustration 6-seen subsequent frontal of the first part of the lo piston (no. 5 of the illustration 1), that connects the portion previous of π Monday it leaves of the same piston (no. 89 of the illustration 1). In this
12 illustration, the tweezers (11) they are closed for the compression ring (6),
13 forming the internal diameter (16). When open, said tweezers form the
14 diameter (15); s Illustration 7-seen frontal of the restraint (7) of the connections
16 among the parts of the piston.
17 Of conformity with referred them illustrations the piston destroy s for division it is composed of a body (3) two-segmented, being the first 9 provided segment of an eraser (2) of to ban and of tweezers (5) you0 articulated for compression with the second segment (illustration 1 ). The i second I segment of the body (3) it possesses: a connector (8) with the2 first segment; a base (9) of impulse the piston for the interior of the tube3 (1); a ring (6), that he/she arrests for pressure the second segment,4 through your previous portion (8) the subsequent portion (5) of the first5 segment; retaining him (illustration 1 and it details the illustration 2); a6 restraint (7), that impedes the total movement of the piston and the7 involuntary introduction of the connector (5) in the tube (1), still arresting,8 the compression ring (6) on the tweezers (11) of the connector (5),9 impeding your displacement and maintaining connected the parts (5 and0 8) of the piston.
j Said restraint (7) notices to the projection (12) of the connector
2 (8) and your removal if of the when being pulled by the user through the
3 own projection.
4 Conceived like this piston and tube, the group had worked as to
5 proceed it describes.
6 The piston (3) it should have been introduced in the body. (1 ) of
7 the syringe it ties the ring (6) of compression to lean in the same syringe
8 and to be compressed by the restraint (7), interrupting the movement
9 when this happens, the eraser (2) of block it will still be distant of the endo of the course. I liquidate him/it to be injected, in the case of the syringe,i that here and just an example of the applied of the invention, it should2 have been suction for the interior of the body (!), through the movement of3 extraction of the piston of the referred body or tube.4 After whole I liquidate to be it absorbed, the restraint ( ) its should have been extracted. Being pressed, then, again the piston for the6 interior of the syringe, the pressure ring (6) it angers again to lean in the7 same, but, for the absence of the restraint (7), the movement of the pistons had continued and the body of the syringe had worked as extractor of9 statement pressure ring, that had been retained, being unlocked the tweezers (11), that they disconnect the parts of the piston, positioning thei edge (10) of the connector (5) for the I lower (4) of the tube (1 ). The piston2 will be able to, then, to be introduced in the syringe ties the end of the course, passing the edge (10) of the connector (5) for the I lower (4), turning useless the syringe (or packing), since, when doing the piston to come back, your division is provoked, being the first your segment retained inside of the tube, standing out of him the second segment. Idealized like this, the object of this patent is framed in the invention definitions.
Claims
CLAIMS 1a) "PISTON AUTODESTRUTIVES FOR DIVISION DISPOSED IN A TUBE.", usable as packing and hypodermic syringe, characterized by the fact of your body (3) to be composed of two prominent segments, being the body of the first provided segment of a block eraser (2), disposed in the front part of said segment and linked to longitudinal fins that count inferior base and that, for your time, they link to a connector (5) existent in your back part which and involved, in your inferior part, for a ring (6) having, in the front part of the second segment, a connector (8), that and disposed longitudinally and it is coupled with the first segment, tends in your inferior part a format of linked disk to longitudinal fins arrested to a base (9) of impulse; having, in the back part of that same segment, an impulse base (9); having a restraint (7) disposed below the ring (6); having, finally, edges (10) of the connector (5), that notice in an I lower internal (4) of the tube.
