Description

[DESCRIPTION] [Invention Title]
WIRELESS EARPHONE IN EARRING TYPE
[Technical Field] The present invention relates to an wireless earphone in earring type, and more particularly to an wireless earphone in earring type in which an earring type earphone attached to a user's earlobe is electrically connected to an audio appliance by a wireless connection to provide an aesthetically pleasing appearance and to eliminate inconvenience such as the pulling of earlobes due to wires, tangling of the wires, or the like.
[Background Art] A conventional earphone, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2, includes a jack 30 that is connected to an earphone connector installed in an audio appliance such as an audio set, a cassette tape player, a mobile phone, or the like and receives an electric audio signal, and an audio generating device 10 that is connected to the jack 30 by a connecting wire 20 and converts the electric signal received from the jack 30 through a connecting wire 20 into an audio signal so as to output the converted audio signal. As such, when using the conventional earphone, the jack 30 is inserted into the eaφhone connector for the connection of the earphone and the audio generating device 10 is inserted into a user's ear. Then, the user may listen to music or study foreign language. According to the conventional earphone, the user can listen to sound only when the audio generating device 10 is inserted between an auricle and a tragus in the ear so as not to be separated from the ear. However, if the audio generating device 10 is in the user's ear for a long time, the contact of the earlobe and the tragus with the audio generating device 10 injures the user's ear and causes inflammation to the user's ear such as otitis media or disorder of tympanic membrane. As a result, the user could not listen to sound well. In order to solve the above problem, the applicant of this patent application has filed a Korean Patent Application with the Korean Intellectual Property Office on August 14, 1998, and has been granted registration for Korean Patent No. 10-0286431 entitled "Earring type earphone" (Publication Date: April 16, 2001). According to the above earring type eaφhone, an aesthetically pleasing accessory is installed to the lower side of an audio generating device so that the accessory decorates the user's ear like an earring. Since the audio generating device in the user's ear does not directly contact the user's ear and is spaced apart from the user's ear, the user can listen to music comfortably without provision of pain to the user's ear for a long time, as shown in Figs. 3 and 4. As shown in the drawings, the earring type eaφhone includes a jack 30 that is electrically connected to an eaφhone connector installed in an audio appliance such as an audio set, a cassette tape player, a mobile phone, or the like and receives an electric audio signal, audio generating devices 10 that are connected to the jack 30 by connecting wires 20 and convert the electric signal received from the jack 30 through the connecting wires 20 into an audio signal so as to output the converted audio signal, flexible parts 11 made of a flexible material and formed to the lower sides of the audio generating devices 10 and connected to the connecting wires 20, first and second connecting pins 12 and 22 formed in the ends of the flexible parts 11 and the connecting wires 20, and accessories 40 having insertion holes 43 into which connectors 45 for connecting the first connecting pins 12 to the second connecting pins 22 are respectively fitted. The accessory 40 includes a decoration 41 having the insertion hole 43 into which the connector 45 is inserted and a coupling piece 42 taking the form of a clip as shown in Fig. 3 or a pin as shown in Fig. 4, that is coupled with the decoration 41 and attached to a user's earlobe. Thus, the earring type eaφhone can be attached to the user's ear. The accessories 40 are attached to the user's earlobes or other proper positions of the user's ears by the decorations 41 and the coupling pieces 42. Next, the audio generating devices 10 connected to the upper sides of the accessories 40 by the flexible parts 11 are adjusted and placed near to the user's anthelixes so as to listen to the music or to study foreign language. However, even in the earring type eaφhone, since the jack 30 is inserted into the eaφhone connector of the audio appliance and connected to the accessories 40 by the connecting wires 20 for the connection with the audio appliance, the user feels his/her earlobes are pulled down due to the connecting wires 20. Moreover, it is inconvenient to use the above earring type eaφhone and the appearance is not aesthetically pleasing.
[Disclosure] [Technical Problem] Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide an wireless eaφhone in earring type in which an earring type eaφhone worn around a user's earlobe is electrically connected to an audio appliance by a wireless connection to provide an aesthetically pleasing appearance and to eliminate inconvenience such as the pulling of earlobes due to wires, tangling of the wires, or the like.
