Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à des procédés et à des compositions permettant d'effectuer des dosages d'une large gamme de substances à analyser à l'aide de produits chimiques de ciblage spécifiques se liant aux substances à analyser. Les dosages font appel à des objets de dosage codés, auxquels sont fixés les produits chimiques de ciblage. En outre, les codes sont tels qu'ils sont interrogés et déterminés en temps réel. La cible est analysée afin que soit déterminé en temps réel si elle est présente et dans quelle quantité elle l'est. Les procédés et les compositions selon l'invention conviennent parfaitement à une utilisation dans des systèmes de dosage multiplex à haute complexité. Les procédés et les compositions font tous appel à un objet de dosage qui contient un substrat optique auquel le produit chimique est lié, et qui renferme au moins un réseau de diffraction. Ledit réseau fournit un signal optique de sortie lorsqu'il est éclairé par un signal lumineux incident donnant une indication sur le code contenu dans le substrat. En général, un objet de dosage codé ou des ensembles de tels objets sont utilisés dans le cadre de procédés de dosage, en particulier de procédés de dosage multiplex, qui consistent à mettre un échantillon en contact avec un objet ou un ensemble d'objets, et à identifier, détecter et/ou quantifier toute substance à analyser se liant au produit chimique fixé en fonction du code.
