It is of great importance to have both products stored and isolated from environment so to keep their quality until the expiration thereof, and to prevent any physical or chemical changes during whole this period in the case of consuming them. According to this invention, there are several embodiments. Because of this, details, which are especially described as the proposed embodiment, have not to be interpreted as limitations, but as the base for different patent claims.

This mentioned membrane, when cut or ruptured, is partly still connected to internal wall of a flange (5) without the possibility for dropping any part of material to a drink.

  • the first proposed version of a cap enables the user to drink when the drink is prepared, by taking off the cap from a bottle and drinking directly from the bottle.
  • the second version comprises thin pipe (19) in the upper part of the container. When the container is pushed downwards and the drink is after mixing prepared, a user can turn it round to vertical position and use it for drinking. In the same way the user can turn it back to horizontal position to close it when he stops drinking.

  • lower cylindrical edge (16) of a container/plunger (3) can be carried out in the form of teeth for cutting the membrane (6), shown in figure 8.
  • Figures 1, 2 and 3 present transparent protective cover (2) which fits in the container (3) and a flange (5) and has "tamper-evident" seal (17) on it.
  • the flange (5) is provided also with a tamper evident seal ( 18) .
  • the desired quantity of powdered, granulated or similar ingredients (4), which has to be kept separated until the preparation of the drink, is discharged into the container (3) along a conveyor belt included in a filling plant.
  • the flange (5) arrives from another conveyer belt line which has an incorporated membrane (6) obtained simultaneously with the molding of the whole flange (5).
  • the assembling of the flange (5) with the container (3) is done automatically simply by mere pushing the flange over the container and leaving one of the ring-like grooves (14) free to guarantee the "closed" position.
  • a transparent safety cover (2) can be put on the cap/dispenser (1) and then everything can be assembled together on the neck of the bottle (11).
  • the presented invention allows a simple application, without any special instructions to the people of different ages, from children to older persons.
  • This product is designed in the way not to be stored or transported in exactly defined position or with a special care, because it has protective cover, which prevents undesired activating of their movable parts.
  • Simple use provides hand removing of transparent protective cover (2 from the bottle (10) to be held in vertical position, in which movable container (3) is uncovered, already mounted on the neck (11) of the bottle.
  • the container has to be pushed downwards to cut the membrane (6), which is situated between the upper and the lower part of the flange (5) on the bottle with liquid (13) in which the ingredients have to be discharged.

Abstract

L'invention concerne une capsule de bouteille-contenant et distributeur d'ingrédients pour la préparation d'une boisson instantanée, montée par filetage sur le goulot (11) d'une bouteille (10) remplie d'un liquide, p. ex. eau de source (13), destiné à la préparation d'une boisson. La capsule (1) forme un ensemble comprenant une enveloppe (2) de protection transparente, un contenant/piston (3) dans lequel sont contenus les ingrédients de la préparation de boisson et une collerette (5), qui est reliée au contenant par le filetage. Une membrane (6) polymère incorporée dans la collerette assure une fermeture hermétique du goulot (11), mais une ouverture peut être percée dans la membrane pour permettre aux ingrédients (4) se situant dans le contenant d'entrer en contact avec l'eau (13). Pour percer la membrane (6), on pousse le contenant (3) vers le bas, ce dernier étant pourvu d'une arête (16) inférieure tranchante ou dentée, puis on agite la bouteille pour décharger et mélanger les ingrédients (4) avec l'eau. Dans la forme de réalisation de base, qui permet de boire directement à la bouteille, on dévisse la collerette ainsi que la capsule pour percer de manière sûre la bague d'inviolabilité (18). Dans une autre forme de réalisation, on doit d'abord mettre en position verticale un tube mince (19) incorporé dans la capsule du contenant (3) pour pouvoir boire au moyen dudit tube.
