Abstract

La présente invention concerne un récipient en deux parties comprenant un joint périphérique caché. Le joint entre la partie supérieure et la partie inférieure du récipient est formé de bords appariés formés sur les parties supérieure et inférieure du récipient et se trouve effectivement caché à la vue du fait du positionnement du joint à la base du goulot pour des récipients ayant un goulot effilé relativement long situé au-dessus d'une partie de corps principal à diamètre relativement plus large ou du fait du positionnement du joint juste au-dessous d'un épaulement à diamètre relativement plus large situé à proximité de la base de la partie supérieure du récipient de sorte que le joint soit visuellement masqué par la partie d'épaulement. Des techniques de finissage et de décoration complémentaires permettant de réduire la visibilité du joint sur un tel récipient sont également présentées.
