Abstract
The utility model relates in general to a container but more particular a stackable crate. It is primary object to present utility model provide a stackable crate having a built-in handle is smoothened surface to prevent hands from ge3tting cuts thereon. Still an object to provide stackable crate having upper and lower flange edges which reinforce the crate from bumps and collision. Another object is to provide stackable having marginal ribs on it's bottom wall which serve as a lock for the stacks crate from moving sideways.
Description
A STACKABLE CRATE
This utility model relates in general to container but more particular a stackable crate.
It is primary object of the present utility model provide a stackable crate having a built in handle having smoothened surface to prevent hands from getting cuts thereon.
Still an object to provide stackable having flange upper and lower edges which reinforce the crate from bumps and collision.
Another object is to provide stackable having marginal ribs in bottom wall which serve as lock for the stacks crate from moving sideways.
These and other object is the advantages of the presents utility model will become apparent upon reading details description taken in conjunction with the appended drawings, wherein:
FIGURE 1 is a perspective view of the crate ; and FIGURE 2 is a front view of the isolated portion thereof.
Referring now the different views of the drawings, numerical designated parts all throughout, shown and this for stackable crate is presented as model 10
Said stackable crate 10 compromise an open top crate body 11 having a bottom wall 12 and pheripheral side wall 13. Said crate body 11 having an upper flanged 23 which extend downward 14 then extend inwardly 15 and upwardly 16 and lower flange 18 which extends 17 then inwardly 19 and downwardly 20.
These flanged upper and lower edges 23 and 18 of said crate body 1 ldefines a reinforcement agains bumps and collision which defines a handle thereon with the inward extentions 15 and 19 defines smooth surface for carrying the crate 10.
Said crate body 11 further having marginal rib 21 downwardly extending from the bottom wall 12 thereof which as lock to prevent two stacked crate from moving on sideways. A plurality of slot 22 are provide near the edge of said crate body for insertion of fingers when the crate is held.
The crate body 11 is preferably made of metallic material or plastic material
Claims
'CLAIM :
The construction of stackable crate comprising an open top crate body having an upper flange and lower flange, said upper flange extends downwardly, inwardly and upwardly. Said lower flange extends upwardly, then inwardly and downwardly and a marginal rib downwardly extending from the bottom wall side crate body and plurality of slots provided an upper portion of the body.
