Abstract

L'invention concerne un système permettant de chauffer momentanément la surface d'un moule et un système associé. Le système comprend un dispositif d'alimentation de matériau de coulage, des moules supérieur et inférieur, un système refroidi par eau, des premier et second noyaux, un générateur de tension, un générateur de chaleur à résistances électriques, une unité de commande, une commande de moulage par injection, un mélange d'air et de combustible gazeux et une unité d'alimentation, une interface et un panneau de commande. Le dispositif d'alimentation de matériau de coulage sert à alimenter un matériau de coulage fondu. La commande de moulage par injection permet de commander les moules supérieur et inférieur. Le mélange d'air et de combustible gazeux et l'unité d'alimentation sont destinés à alimenter simultanément de l'air comprimé et un combustible gazeux. Le mélange de combustible gazeux et la commande d'alimentation permettent de commander le fonctionnement du mélange d'air et de combustible gazeux et l'unité d'alimentation. L'interface permet d'interfacer la commande de moulage par injection et le mélange de combustible gazeux et la commande d'alimentation. Le panneau de commande est destiné à afficher de manière visuelle la commande, l'état et le fonctionnement des composants du système. Le système refroidi par eau permet de refroidir la surface d'un moule chauffé et le générateur de chaleur à résistances électriques permet de chauffer le premier noyau.
