Abstract

A production method for mineral water, comprising the desalting step of desalting seawater to produce desalted water and concentrated seawater, the concentrated mineral water producing step of separating salt from the concentrated seawater produced in the desalting step to produce concentrated mineral water, and a mineral water producing step of diluting the concentrated mineral water produced in the concentrated mineral water producing step by desalted water produced in the desalting step while measuring conductivity to produce mineral water, whereby it is possible to efficiently produce concentrated mineral water containing a rich mineral composition using a simple, easy-to-maintain constitution, and produce easily and constantly mineral water of desired concentration containing a well-balanced, rich mineral composition equivalent to seawater composition.
