Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil de fabrication de pâte de cuisson comprenant au moins une paire de premier et second rouleaux formant une ligne de contact entre eux à travers laquelle passe la pâte à former, son épaisseur étant ainsi réduite. Cet appareil comprend en outre des moyens de support destinés aux rouleaux, ces moyens de support destinés à au moins un des premier ou second rouleaux étant conçu de manière à se mettre en rotation autour d'un axe, cet axe étant orthogonal à au moins un des axes longitudinaux des premier et second rouleaux, ce qui entraîne une épaisseur uniforme sur toute la largeur de la pâte étendue et permet d'obtenir un emballage, un contrôle de la qualité amélioré et de réduire les problèmes économiques.
