Abstract
The invention relates to an information or advertising display device that is designed to substitute one or more of the standard strips that make up a zebra crossing. The invention consists of a pre-fabricated element comprising a peripheral frame (1) surrounding a flat central piece (3) which can be stuck to the pavement using an adhesive and which is produced using a geotextile base containing one or more layers (4) in which information and/or advertising messages are disposed. The messages are produced by means of plasma spraying or holographic projection. As with the actual geotextile base, said messages are covered with a layer of polyurethane to provide protection against ultraviolet rays and, optionally, with a layer of polyurethane with reflective glass spheres and carbide dispersion in order to provide greater resistance to wear and tear.
