Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système pouvant être géré pour permettre une communication entre homologues entre les abonnés, lequel système comprend : a) un dispositif de gestion de communication numérique d'extrémité d'abonné destiné à la gestion des communications numériques avec les abonnés éloignés, le dispositif comprenant : une interface interne assurant l'interface avec au moins un dispositif électronique d'abonné, un gestionnaire d'adresses IP permettant de formuler une demande d'adresse IP correspondant à un abonné éloigné défini par l'utilisateur, de soumettre ladite demande et d'enregistrer une réponse à celle-ci, et une unité d'adressage de paquets associée au gestionnaire d'adresses IP précité, qui adresse les paquets de données à l'abonné éloigné défini par l'utilisateur en utilisant une adresse IP extraite de la réponse enregistrée ; et b) un dispositif de gestion de connexion Internet destiné à recevoir et traiter ladite demande, le dispositif comprenant : une base de données qui stocke les noms d'identification utilisateur desdits abonnés dans un premier champ et les adresses IP utilisateur attribuées respectives dans un second champ, un gestionnaire de base de données destiné à recevoir les demandes externes spécifiant au moins une demande d'identification utilisateur, à interroger ladite base de données et à répondre par les adresses IP respectives, établissant de la sorte des connexions entre homologues entre lesdits abonnés et fournissant des données de transaction de bout en bout à des fins de facturation.
