Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de surveillance d'alarme (20) comprenant une maison (21), une unité de réception téléphonique (22) et une ligne (23). Une unité de réglage d'alarme (24) est connectée, via un connecteur à deux voies, sous la forme d'une ligne téléphonique (23) de sorte que, lorsqu'un bouton d'alarme (25) est enfoncé, un appel d'alarme est fait à un central d'appel (26) où se trouvent en permanence des opérateurs (27) qui ont accès à une banque de données (28) d'informations d'abonnés. Lorsqu'un appel d'alarme est reçu au niveau du central d'appel (26), et qu'un compilateur (29) donne les informations d'abonnés (SI) issues de la banque de données (28), l'appel téléphonique envers l'abonné est réalisé automatiquement par l'unité d'émission (36) de sorte que le processus est mis en route immédiatement. L'unité d'émission (36) transmet également l'appel d'alarme et les informations d'abonnés (SI) à l'opérateur (27), et ajoute simultanément l'opérateur (27) à l'appel téléphonique fait à l'abonné. Si quelqu'un répond à l'appel téléphonique, l'opérateur (27) demande un code numérique de sécurité. Si un code numérique ou nom erroné est donné, la Police est alertée.
