Dans un mode de réalisation décrit selon l'invention, chaque actionneur (36) est positionné vers le bas et comprend un système hydraulique autonome et fermé comprenant une pompe primaire, à commande électrique et à double action (58), couplée en relation d'entraînement à un ensemble outils de puits associé (36), via un premier circuit hydraulique, ainsi qu'une pompe de commutation à commande électrique (60) couplée au premier circuit hydraulique, via un second circuit hydraulique interposé dans celui-ci et permettant de modifier le débit de commande d'un fluide hydraulique de l'ensemble outils de puits, de manière à inverser son fonctionnement. Un accumulateur chargeable (108) est connecté à l'ensemble de circuits hydrauliques et peut communiquer de manière sélective et entraînée avec l'ensemble outils de puits, de manière à fournir une commande sélective et plus rapide dudit ensemble.
