La présente invention concerne un promoteur qui dirige fortement l'expression des séquences d'AND placées sous son contrôle dans les fruits, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend ou est constitué par la séquence SEQ ID No. 1 de la liste de séquences en annexe, un fragment ou un dérivé de celle-ci constituant un promoteur modulé par une hormone et/ou l'anaérobiose.
