Abstract

L'invention concerne des cellules souches de mammifères dérivées de cellules souches somatiques d'une puissance relativement inférieure. En particulier, les cellules souches pluripotentes sont obtenues à partir de cellules souches somatiques présentant une puissance relative inférieure. L'invention traite également de lignées cellulaires souches de mammifères qui peuvent se régénérer in vitro avec stabilité, lesquelles lignées sont dérivées de cellules souches somatiques de puissance relative inférieure. En outre les procédés selon l'invention sont prévus pour produire des cellules souches de mammifères, des lignées cellulaires et des cellules de mammifères non humains dérivées de cellules souches somatiques présentant une puissance relative inférieure. L'invention traite aussi de procédés permettant de reprogrammer un noyau d'une cellule somatique afin de devenir une cellule souche moins différentiée.
