Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif absorbant comportant un ensemble absorbant pourvu d'un groupe de plusieurs plateaux absorbants superposés. Chaque plateau absorbant présente des surfaces absorbantes opposées formées d'une couche de matériau absorbant fixée sur chaque face de feuille de support planaire. Les plateaux absorbants qui sont superposés de sorte que chaque surface absorbante opposée soit adjacente à une autre surface absorbante opposée sur un autre plateau absorbant, sont espacés les uns des autres pour former un canal entre chaque paire de surfaces absorbantes opposées. Une soupape d'admission assure la communication fluidique entre l'ensemble absorbant et une source de gaz, alors qu'une valve de sortie à deux voies assure la communication fluidique entre l'ensemble absorbant et un processeur ou une pompe à vide.
