Abstract

L'invention concerne l'utilisation comme fongicide pour plante d'un composé représenté par la formule générale (I). Dans ladite formule, M, L et K sont indépendamment O, S(O)n, n valant 0, 1 ou 2, NR5 ou CHR6, à condition qu'au moins l'un d'entre eux soit CHR6, que lorsque deux d'entre eux sont O, L soit CHR6, et que lorsque deux d'entre eux sont NR5 ou bien deux ou trois d'entre eux sont CHR6, les valeurs de R5 et celles de R6 soient identiques ou différentes; X est hydroxy, cyclohexanon-2-yloxy, C1-6 alkylcarbonyloxy, halo (C1-6)-alkylcarbonyloxy, C1-6 alcoxycarbonyloxy, C1-6 alkoxycarbonyl (C1-6) alcoxy, halo(C1-6)alcoxycarbonyloxy, C1-6 alcoxycarbonyl(phényl)(C1-6)alcoxy, cyclo(C3-6)-alkylcarbonyloxy, arylcarbonyloxy, hétérocyclylcarbonyloxy, arylcarbonyl-(C1-6)alcoxy, aryl(C1-6)alcoxycarbonyl(C1-6)alcoxy, aminocarbonyloxy, mono- ou di-(C1-6)alkyl-aminocarbonyloxy, C1-6alkoxycarbonylcarbonyloxy, C1-6alkyl-sulphonyloxy, haloalkylsulphonyloxy, arylsulphonyloxy, hétérocyclylsulphonyloxy, di-(C1-4)alcoxyphosphonyloxy, dihydroxyphosphonyloxy, cyano(C1-6)alcoxy, carboxy(C1-6)alcoxy, carboxyhalo(C1-6)alcoxy, C1-6alkylcarbonyl(C1-6)alkoxy, C1-6 alcoxycarbonyl(C1-6)alcoxy, C1-6 alcoxycarbonylhalo(C1-6) alcoxy, aminocarbonyl-(C1-6) alkoxy, mono- ou di-(C1-6) alkylaminocarbonyl(C1-6)alcoxy, hydrazinocarbonyl-(C1-6)alcoxy, amino, C1-6 alkylcarbonylamino, C1-6alcoxycarbonylamino ou C1-6alkylsulphonylamino ou X peut être H lorsque R4 est hydroxy, oxo, hydroximino, amino, mono-ou-di-(C1-6)alkylamino, C1-6alkylcarbonylamino ou C1-6alkylsulphonylamino; Y est O, S ou NR7; Z est O ou S; R1, R2 et R3 sont indépendamment H, halo, hydroxy, C1-14alkyle, halo(C1-8)alkyle, hydroxy(C1-8)alkyle, C1-8alcoxy, halo(C1-8) alcoxy, C1-6 alkoxy(C1-6)alcoxy, C1-6alcoxy(C1-6)alcoxy(C1-6)alcoxy, cyclo(C3-6)alkyle, C1-4alkyl-cyclo(C3-6)alkyle, cyclo(C3-6)-alcoxy, C2-6alcényle, C2-12alcényloxy, C2-6alkynyle, C2-6 alkynyloxy, C1-6alcoxycarbonyl, C1-6alkylcarbonyloxy(C1-8)alkyle, C1-6alcoxy-carbonyl(C1-8)alkyle, C1-6alcoxycarbonyl(C1-8)alcoxy, carboxy(C1-6)alcoxy, cyano, nitro, aryle, hétérocyclyle, aryloxy, hétérocyclyloxy, aryl(C1-10)alkyle ou hétérocyclyl-(C1-4)alkyle, ou R1 et R2 ou R2 et R3 s'unissent pour former éventuellement C2-4alkylènedioxy à substitution C1-6; R4 et R6 sont indépendamment H, hydroxy, oxo, hydroximino, amino, mono-ou-di-(C1-6)alkylamino, C1-6alkylcarbonylamino, C1-6alkylsulphonylamino, C1-6alkyle, C1-6 alcoxy, C2-4 alkylènedioxy, cyclo(C3-6)alkyle, cyclo(C3-6)alcoxy, C2-6 alcényle, C2-6 alcényloxy, C2-6 e, C2-6 alkynyloxy, C1-4 alkylcarbonyloxy, aryle hétérocyclyle, aryloxy ou hétérocyclyloxy; et R5 et R7 sont indépendamment H, un sel d'addition acide, C1-6alkyle, C2-4 alcényle, C2-4 alkynyle, C1-4 alkylcarbonyle, C2-4 alcénylcarbonyle, aryle, aryl(C1-4)-alkyle, arylcarbonyle, C1-4alkylsulphonyle ou arylsulphonyle; l'un ou l'une quelconque des groupes ou fractions aryle, hétérocyclyle, cycloalkyle et cycloalkoxy sont à substitution éventuelle. L'invention concerne également une composition fongicide pour plante renfermant le composé (I), un procédé visant à combattre ou à contrôler les champignons phythopathogènes en utilisant le composé (I) ou une composition de ce composé et certains composés per se.
