再者, 如图 4 所示, 其系为本发明另一实施例之整体锁具拉伸 展开之外观示意图, 其主要系于尾杆 6 与节杆 2 间另行套接一延伸 杆 5 , 以增加整体锁具之伸缩区段, 藉以可以减少每一伸缩区段之 长度, 而可使整体锁具收合后之长度更为缩减, 且如图 6 所示, 其 中, 基部 1上之箍钩 12系由螺紋锁接之方式锁套于基部上, 其可藉 由旋动箍钩 12以调整其于基座 1上之位置, 配合实际应用之方向盘 尺寸, 调节两箍钩 12、 212之间距, 以达到最佳之撑抵作用。
请同时配合参照图 5A所示, 其主要系在基部 1靠近内管 11之 开口处, 形成有一窝座 13, 于其窝座 13中套设有一突锥 31与一弹 性复位元件 32, 其突锥 31可由弹性复位于元件 32之推顶而突伸于 基部 1之内管 11中, 并具有伸缩动作之效果, 以对节杆 2形成一^ j 掣作用, 以阻挡节杆 2縮复于基座 1 中; 另外, 穿套于节杆 2之内 管 21 中之延伸杆 5亦具有一内管 51 , 延伸杆 5于根部之外圈形成 有一凸缘 511, 而节杆 2 则配合于其内管 21 开口内圈形成一凸缘 211 , 以防止延伸杆 5与节杆 2之脱节, 并且在节杆 2靠进内管 21 之开口处设有一锁筒 4 , 其锁筒 4系由一锁梢 41突伸至节杆 2之内 管 21中, 用以对延伸杆 5之端部形成一阻挡之卡掣作用, 以阻挡延 伸杆 5缩退于节杆 2中, 其尾杆 6即穿套于延伸杆 5之尾端。
同样的, 其尾杆 6亦为形成有一内管 61之穿杆结构, 在其内管
61之内部穿套有一心杆 71 , 其心杆 71之一端系由一窝套 72穿套于 延伸杆 5之跟部端面处, 并由一弹性复位元件 73压抵于窝套 71与 心杆 71 间, 以使心杆 71具有一推向延伸杆 5根部端面之作用力, 而心杆 71 在窝套 72设有弹性复位元件 73之另侧则插固有一挡梢 712, 以防止心杆 71松脱, 其尾杆 6即穿套于延伸杆 5与心杆 71间, 且尾杆 6之才艮部处形成有供卡珠 62套入之穿孔 611 , 而在延伸杆 5 之前端内圈则形成有可让卡珠 62 落于其中之环槽 512 , 以及于心杆 71之前端外圏形成一突起之阶级 711, 且配合于基部 1之人管 11底 部设有一可压抵心杆 71之突块 14 , 当其尾杆 6 自延伸杆 5 中拉出 时, 其尾杆 6根部之 62可由心杆 71前端凸起之阶级 711推入 延伸杆 5之环槽 512 由卡珠 62形成延伸杆 5与尾杆 6间之卡掣 作用, 以阻挡尾杆 6缩退于延伸杆 5中。
如图 5A所示, 当本发明中另一实施例之锁具完全拉伸展开时, 其即藉由突锥 31、 锁筒 4之销梢 41 以及尾杆 6上之卡珠, 分别形 成节杆 2与基部 1间, 延伸杆 5与节杆 2间, 以及尾杆 6与延伸杆 5 间之卡掣作用, 而可将整体锁具之各伸缩区段固定, 以维护锁具 使用时其锁掣结构之强度。 再者, 当其整体锁具欲进行收合时, 首 先如图 5B所示, 仅需由钥匙开启锁筒 4使锁梢 41缩退, 即可将延 伸杆 5往基部 1方向缩退, 而当其延伸杆 5完全缩退于节杆 2中时, 其延伸杆 5之根部会先行突伸出节杆 2根部端面一适当之区段, 以 先触及突锥 31之斜锥面 311 , 进而令突锥 31 缩退以释放对节杆 2 之卡掣, 如图 3C所示, 即可将节杆 2推向基部 1之内管 11 中, 且 当其节杆 2与延伸杆 5完全推入基部 1之内管 11底部时, 可由基部 1内管 11底部之突块 14压抵尾杆 6内部之心杆 71 , 以使心杆 71向 尾杆 6之前端移动, 令心杆 71尾端突起之阶级 711超过卡珠 62之 位置, 使卡珠 62得以落入心杆 71之直杆体上, 同时脱离延伸杆 5 之环槽 512 , 进而释放尾杆 6与延伸杆 5间之卡掣作用, 如图 3D所 示, 可将尾杆 6推入延伸杆 5 中, 而最后使整体锁具中之节杆 1、 延伸杆 5以及尾杆 6等伸缩区段完全縮复于基部 1之区段范围中。
本发明多段伸缩方向盘锁分别藉由突锥、 锁梢、 以及卡珠控制 各伸缩区段之动作, 使整体锁具仅需开启锁筒即可藉由各构件间之 牵动, 释放各伸缩区段之卡掣作用, 以极为简单之操作方式将整体 锁具中之节杆、 延伸杆以及尾杆等伸缩区段完全缩复于基部之区段 范围中, 大幅缩短锁具收拿事之长度, 增加锁具收纳之便利。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种多段伸缩方向盘锁, 其特征在于: 包括有:
一基部, 具有一内管, 尾端设有一箍钩;
一节杆, 穿套于基部之内管中, 具有一内管, 形成有一箍钩与 基部之箍钩相对应;
一尾杆, 穿套于节杆之内管中;
一心杆, 穿设于尾杆中, 用以对节杆与尾杆形成一^ ^掣作用; 一锁筒, 设于基部上, 由一锁梢突伸至内管中, 以对节杆形成 卡攀;
据以, 可将节杆由基部中拉出, 以箍钩套固于方向盘上, 并将 尾杆由节杵中拉出, 达到对方向盘之锁掣作用。
2、 如权利要求 1所述一种多段伸缩方向盘锁, 其特征在于: 该 基部为一形成有一内管之结构主体, 该节杆亦为一具形成有一内管 之穿杆结构, 于该基部之内管之开口内圈处设有一凸缘, 以及于节 杆之 部外圈卡固有一"" ^环, 以形成一卡止作用, 而不至于使节杆 与基部相脱节; 另外, 该锁筒即固设于基部靠近开口处设, 由一锁 梢突伸入基部之内管中, 以对节杆之根部端面形成一挡止作用, 以 阻挡节杆缩退于基部中; 又, 该心杆系穿套于尾杆之内管中, 心杆 之一端纱由一窝套穿套于节杆之根部端面处, 并由一弹性复位元件 压抵于窝套与心杆间, 以使心杆具有一推向节杆根部端面之作用力, 而心杆在窝套设有弹性复位元件之另侧则插固有一挡梢, 以防止心 杆松脱, 该尾杆即穿套于节杆与心杆间, 其根部处形成有供卡珠套 入之穿孔, 而在节杆之前端内圈则形成有可让卡珠落于其中之环槽, 以及于心杆之前端外圈形成一突起之阶级, 且配合于基部之内管底 部设有一可压抵心杆之突块, 当其尾杆由节杆中拉出时, 其尾杆根 部之卡珠可由心杆前端凸起之阶级推入节杆之环槽中, 由卡珠形成 节杆与尾杆之卡掣作用, 以阻挡尾杆缩退于节杆中, 以使锁具得以 完全拉伸展开, 且当节杆完全推入基部之内管底部时, 可由基部内 管底部之突块压抵尾杆内部之心杆, 以使心軒向尾杆之前端移动, 令心杆尾端突起之阶级超过卡珠之位置, 使卡珠得以落入心杆之直 杆体上, 同时脱离节杆之环槽, 进而释放节杆与尾杆间之卡掣作用。
3、 如权利要求 1所述一种多段伸缩方向盘锁, 其特征在于: 尾 杆与节杆间另行套接一延伸杆, 以增加整体锁具之伸缩区段, 藉以 可以减少每一伸缩区段之长度, 而可使整体锁具收合后之长度更为 缩减。 .
4、 如权利要求 3所述一种多段伸缩方向盘锁, 其特征在于: 该 基部为一形成有一内管之结构主体, 该节杆亦为一具形成有一内管 之穿杆结构, 于该其部之内管之开口内圈处设有一凸缘, 以及于节 杆之根部外圈卡固有一- ^环, 以形成一- ^止作用, 而不至于使节杆 与基部相脱节; 又, 该基部靠近内管之开口处, 形成有一窝座, 于 该窝座中套设有一突锥与一弹性复位元件, 使该突锥得以突伸至基 部之内管中, 并具可伸缩动作; 另外, 该延伸杆系为一具有内管之 杆体结构, 于其根部之外圈形成有一凸缘, 而节杆则配合于其内管 开口内圈形成有一凸缘, 以防止延伸杆与节杆之脱节, 并在节杆靠 近内管之开口处设有一锁筒, 该锁筒系由一锁梢突伸至节杆之内管 中, 用以对延伸杆之端部形成一阻挡之卡掣作用; 至于, 该尾杆则 穿套于延伸杆之内管中, 该心杆及穿套于尾杆之内部, 且心杆之根 部系由一窝套穿套于延伸杆之根部端面处, 并由一弹性复位元件压 抵于窝套与心杆间, 以使心杆具有一推向延伸杆根部端面之作用力, 而心杆在窝套设有弹性复位元件之另侧则插固有一挡梢, 以防止心 杆松脱; 至于, 该尾杆即穿套于延伸杆与心杆间, 尾杆之根部处形 成有供卡珠套入之穿孔, 而在延伸杆之前端内圈则形成有可让卡珠 落于其中之环槽, 以及于心杆之前端外圈形成一突起之阶级, 且配 合于基部之内管底部设有一可压抵心杆之突块, 当其尾杆杆自延伸 杆中拉出时, 其尾杆根部之卡珠可由心杆前端凸起之阶级推入延伸 杆之环槽中, 由卡珠形成延伸杆与尾杆之卡掣作用, 以阻挡尾杆缩 退于延伸杆中; 又, 当延伸杆完全推入基部之内管底部时, 可由突 块压抵心杆, 以使心杆向尾杆之前端移动, 令心杆尾端突起之阶级 超过卡珠之位置, 使卡珠得以落入心杆之直杆体上, 进而释放延伸 杆与尾杆间之卡掣作用, 可将延尾杆推入延伸杆中。
5、 如权利要求 1、 1、 3所述一种多段伸缩方向盘锁, 其特征在 于: 该基部上之箍钩系由螺紋锁接之方式锁套于基部上, 可藉由旋 动箍钩以调整其于基座上之位置, 以调节与另一位节套处之箍钩间 距, 以符合实际使用之方向盘尺寸, 达到最佳之撑抵作用。
