Description
折叠式方向盘锁 技术领域 本发明涉及一种锁, 尤指一种折叠式方向盘锁。 背景技术 一般车辆的防盗装置, 除了需要使用基本的车门锁以及电门锁, 以防止车内物件被窃取, 以及车辆电路被任意启动的防窃、 防盗功 能外, 其更需要借由其他防盗锁具的配合使用, 以避免车辆的车门 锁及电门锁被破损后, 能轻意将车辆开走。 而一般车辆的正常行驶, 是由方向盘控制车辆行驶的状态, 以使车辆正常行驶; 所以当车辆 的方向盘被锁制, 而无法顺利转动时, 其车辆就算在运转下仍无法 使车辆正常转向, 而增加窃贼窃取车辆的难度。
所以即有一利用一两端有 U形夹套的伸缩杆体的锁具结构, 利 用两 U形夹套自方向盘内圈外撑, 而将整个锁具夹固于方向盘上, 并由锁具尾端延伸出一杆体, 当方向盘转动时, 其杆体会因为触碰 到挡风玻璃或车门, 而无法使方向盘完全转动, 以控制车辆的转向, 进而对车辆提供一防窃功能; 然而, 该方向盘锁具结构, 其伸缩杆 的结构多为两节式, 为有足以阻挡方向盘转向的效果, 每一节杆体 需有相当的长度, 所以当锁具不使用而缩合时, 其伸缩杆收合后仍 具有相当的长度, 而造成收纳、 携行的不便。
本发明的目的是提供一种可缩减整体锁具的长度, 以便于携行 与收纳的折叠式方向盘锁。 发明内容 为实现上述目的, 本发明的解决方案是: 一种折叠式方向盘锁, 其包括有一锁座, 一挡杆, 一折板和一锁筒; 其中锁座在其底侧形 成有箍钩; 挡杆, 固设于锁座上, 为一可伸缩的节杆结构, 其固定 端的尾端呈开口状; 折板, 由铰链与锁座相连结, 设有一与挡杆固 定端相对接的伸缩柱, 另在其底部形成有箍钩; 锁筒, 套设于锁座 内部。
上述的折叠式方向盘锁, 其中锁座与折板呈一有相当宽幅的板 片状结构, 且分别在锁座与折板的板体上形成有供对方的箍钩插入
的容置; 挡杆是由一与锁座固定成一体的固定杆, 以及一穿套于固 定杆中可拉伸、 缩复的内杆所构成, 该固定杆的内管贯通至固定杆 尾端; 折板上的伸缩柱则是由一可由压钮控制突伸动作的内柱; 伸 缩柱内部设有一弹性元件。
采用上述结构, 折叠式方向盘锁即将整体锁具的锁座尾端由铰 链连结有一折板的结构, 并在锁座与折板相对的外端部设有箍钩, 以及在折板上设有一伸缩柱, 当锁具使用时, 可将折板与锁座拉直 成一直板状, 并由锁座与折板底部的箍钩撑抵于方向盘的内圈, 再 将锁座上的挡杆拉出, 以利伸缩柱可突伸入挡杆尾端的开口中, 将 锁具固定呈直板状的结构, 使整体锁具稳固套置于方向盘上, 并由 挡杆形成方向盘转向的阻挡, 达到方向盘的锁掣效果; 由折板与锁 座的弯折叠合, 可大幅缩減整体锁具的长度, 以便于锁具的携行与 收纳; 同时锁座与折板的板片状结构, 直接压盖于方向盘的主体上, 以将方向盘主体的贵重零件形成遮蔽, 达到另一防盗的效果。 附图简要说明 图 1是本发明的结构外观图;

图 6是本发明的动作示意图 (三)。 最佳实施方案 以下结合附图及实施例, 对本发明做进一步详述。
本发明的基本结构如图 1 所示, 是由一锁座 1 为整体锁具的主 体, 锁座 1 的底部为一有相当宽幅的板片状结构, 在其底侧端部形 成有箍钩 11 , 另有一折板 2由铰链 6连结于锁座 1设有箍钩 11的另 端, 在折板 2底部相对应于锁座 1外端部, 亦设箍钩 21 , 且分别在 锁座 1与折板 2的板体上, 形成有可供对方的箍钩 21、 11插入的容 置孔 12、 22, 如图 6所示, 当折板 2与锁座 1相对折叠合时, 其上 的箍钩 21、 11可以分别伸进对方的容置孔 12、 22 中, 并分别穿过 对方的板体以使折板 2与锁座 1可以完全叠合。
另外, 请同时配合图 2所示, 锁座 1 上设有挡杆 3 , 而挡杆 3
为可伸缩的结杆结构, 由一与锁座 1 固定成一体的固定杆 32, 以及 一穿套于固定杆 32 中可拉伸、 缩复的内杆 31 所构成, 另设有一锁 筒 4以对挡杆 3的内杆 31形成锁掣作用, 使挡杆 3的内杆 31拉出 时, 可由锁筒 4将内杆 31锁掣, 令其无法缩退于固定杆 32中, 而 该固定杆 32的内管 321并贯通至固定杆 32中, 而该固定杆 32的内 管 321并贯通至固定杆 32尾端, 以当挡杆 3的内杆 31拉出时, 固 定杆 32的尾端可呈一开口状; 该折板 2上另设有一与挡杆 3相对合 的伸缩柱 5, 其伸缩柱 5是一可由压钮 52控制突伸动作的内柱 51 , 并在伸缩柱 5内部套置一弹性元件, 以使内柱 51可以完全压入伸缩 柱 5的主体内, 或经由压触压钮 52而弹出伸缩柱 5的外部。
本发明动作方式如图 3及图 4、 5、 6所示, 首先如图 3所示, 本发明的锁具主要是由锁座 1、 折板 2拉直呈一直板状时, 可分别 由其底侧的箍钩 11、 21撑抵于方向盘 H的内圈, 以使整体锁具完全 套固于方向盘 H上, 并由突伸的挡杆 3形成方向盘 H转向的阻挡, 以达到将方向盘 H锁掣的效果, 并由锁座 1与折板 2所呈的板片状 结构, 直接压盖于方向盘 H的主体上, 以将方向盘 H主体上的贵重 零件形成遮蔽, 达到另一防盗的效果。
请配合参照图 4、 5、 6所示, 当锁座 1与折板 2拉直成一直板 状时, 其折板 2上的伸缩柱 5可以与锁座 1上的挡杆 3相对接, 再 将挡杆 3的内杆 31拉出, 即可使挡杆 3的固定杆 32尾端开放, 此 时可压触伸缩柱 5上的压钮 52使伸缩柱 5的内柱 51弹出并伸入固 定杆 32的内管 321中, 而由内柱 51将伸缩柱 5与挡杆 3穿插成一 体, 进而固定折板 2与锁座 1 所拉直的直板状结构, 使之无法自方 向盘 H上卸除。
再者, 如图 5所示, 当本发明中的锁具欲自方向盘 H上卸除时, 可由钥匙 7开启锁筒 4并将挡杆 3的内杆 31完全推入固定杆 32中, 即可由内杆 31的尾端压触伸缩柱 5的内柱 51 , 并将内柱 51完全推 入到可以由压钮 52扣持的状态, 此时伸缩柱 5与挡杆 3间的插固作 用即完全释放, 如图 6 所示, 使用者即可将锁具自方向盘上卸除, 并经由铰链 6的连接, 而将折板 2向锁座 1一侧弯折, 并相叠置成 一体, 以缩减整体锁具的长度, 而具有美观性以及便于锁具的收纳。
Claims
1、 一种折叠式方向盘锁, 其特征在于: 包括有一锁座, 一挡杆, 一折板和一锁筒; 其中锁座在其底侧形成有箍钩; 挡杆, 固设于锁 座上, 为一可伸缩的节杆结构, 其固定端的尾端呈开口状; 折板, 由铰链与锁座相连结, 设有一与挡杆固定端相对接的伸缩柱, 另在 其底部形成有箍钩; 锁筒, 套设于锁座内部。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的折叠式方向盘锁, 其特征在于: 锁座与 折板呈一有相当宽幅的板片状结构, 且分別在锁座与折板的板体上 形成有供对方的箍钩插入的容置。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的折叠式方向盘锁, 其特征在于: 挡杆是 由一与锁座固定成一体的固定杆, 以及一穿套于固定杆中可拉伸、 缩复的内杵所构成, 该固定杆的内管贯通至固定杆尾端; 折板上的 伸缩柱则是由一可由压钮控制突伸动作的内柱。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的折叠式方向盘锁, 其特征在于: 伸缩柱 内部设有一弹性元件。
