Abstract
The present invention refers to the footwear (17) designed to wear as general running shoes and as roller skating running shoes if necessary by constituting to freely put the roller skate into and outward the inner part of the bottom piece of the running shoes. Accordingly, the present invention is to promote convenient use and simplified structure by constituting so that the two rollers (10) placed in the front and the rear connected each other in a bottom piece of footwear can be simultaneously put in and out by a driving lever (11), in particularly, to rapidly put two rollers (10) in and out simultaneously by one-touch operating method when putting in and out the rollers (10), unlike the structure of a prior art.
Description
FOOTWEAR CONTAIN ING TYPE OF ROLLER SKATE
Technical Field The present invention refers the footwear designed to wear as general running shoes and as roller skating running shoes if necessary by constituting to freely put the roller skate into and outward the inner part of the bottom piece of the running shoes.
Background Art
There has been proposed in a prior art which forms two roller rooms before and behind a bottom piece of running shoes to contain a pair of rollers into them in the manner of putting in and out and exposes them into the outside in roller skating. However, the above mentioned prevention is constituted so that the two rollers placed in the front and the rear can be independently back to the roller room and therefore, when putting the rollers in and out, it has disadvantages of inconvenient use, complex structure and drawback with endurance or cost because of two separately operated rollers.
Disclosure of the Invention
Accordingly, the present invention is to promote convenient use and simplified structure by constituting so that the two rollers placed in the front and the rear connected each other in a bottom piece of footwear can be simultaneously put in and out by a driving lever, in particularly, to rapidly put two rollers in and out simultaneously by one-touch operating method when putting in and out the rollers, unlike the structure of a prior art.

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention The constitution of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view for the external shape of footwear containing a roller skate arranged according to the present invention and Fig. 2 is a perspective view for an apparatus receiving a roller skate contained in a bottom piece of footwear.
The external shape of the roller skate shoes arranges a concave entering room 18 passing through before and behind a bottom piece of footwear and the roller skating apparatus A is fixedly arranged and contained into a prop 1 of metal. As illustrated in Fig. 2, the roller skating apparatus fixedly arranges a pair of fixed plates 3, 3a and supporting stands 2, 2a forward and backward the prop 1 in a line to be spindly arranged by pin axes 5a supporting plates 8 for rollers and supporting pillars 6 into which the rollers 10 are spindly arranged into supporting pieces 4 of both sides - of a fixed plate 3.
The supporting plate 8 for rollers spindly arranges the rollers 10 at the supporting pieces 8a by pin axes 10a, so that the supporting plates 8 for rollers is safely attached to the upper supporting stands 2, 2a, and so that the supporting plates 8 for rollers placed in the front and the rear is simultaneously operated by a connecting lever 9,
when the supporting plates for rollers 8 is exposed by the supporting pillars 6.
The supporting pillars 6 arrange suspending concave apertures 7, 7a crossed at 90 for the lower circumference arranged spindly to form stoppers 12 cross-connected with a driving lever 1 1 traversing over the fixed plate 3 in the form of a cross (+), so that the stoppers alternatively are coupled with the side of suspending concave apertures 7, 7a.
Furthermore, the driving lever 1 1 slides before and behind the inner part of a square shape of long aperture 13a of a guide piece 13 on the fixed plate 3 and the inner side of the guide piece 13 and the axis bars 5 are arranged with springs 14, 14a, so that the driving lever 1 1 and the supporting pillars 6 are elastically supported into the backward (the backward of footwear). The effects of the present invention capable of constituting such as described above will be described below.
In the case of walking in normal times in wearing running shoes of the present invention, it takes the supporting plates 8 for rollers into which the rollers is arranged into the concave entering room 18 and, in the case of using as a roller skate, it exposes the rollers 10 outside the concave entering room 18.
As illustrated Fig. 3, it describes a state in which the rollers are exposed outside the footwear as a basic state.
The state in which the supporting pillars 6 have been vertically stood from the supporting pieces 4 by the axis bars 5 elastically supports the driving lever 1 1 into the backward by the spring 14 arranged in the forward guide piece 13 and the spring of the side of the axis bars to couple the stoppers 12 with the suspending concave aperture 7 of the both sides of the lower supporting pillars 6, so that the support pillars 6 is fixed not to be moved rotationally. Then, the upper supporting plates 8 for rollers is safely arranged into the upper supporting stands 2, 2a arranged uprightly backward the fixed plate 3 so that it holds the robustly supported state.
In this state, the stoppers 12 of the driving lever 1 1 is coupled with the lower suspending concave aperture 7 of the supporting pillars
6 and the supporting stands 2, 2a fix the supporting plates 8 for rollers, so that the supporting pillars 6, the supporting plates 8 for rollers and the rollers 10 are firmly fixed without shaking one another, thereby, when getting on a roller skate, performing the same function with roller skating shoes as a general fixed roller skate, since the rollers keep a safe exposure state.
When finishing the exercise of roller skating and then putting the roller skating apparatus A into the concave entering room 18 of footwear, if you push into a knob 1 1 a exposed in the heel of footwear, the driving lever 1 1 is retrogressed against the elastically supporting direction of the spring 14 and the stoppers 12 are retrogressed from the suspending concave aperture 7 of the supporting pillars 6 to release the engaging state of the supporting pillars 6. In this state, if you push the rollers 10 toward the concave entering room 18 of the heel of footwear by their own hands, the overall supporting plates 8 of rollers are inserted into the concave entering room 18 by the rotation of the axis bars 5 and pin axes 5a of the supporting pillars 6 as shown in Fig. 4. Then, in the stage as shown in Fig. 6b, if you lightly press the upper portion of the connecting lever 9, the stoppers 12 of the driving lever 1 1 are coupled with the upper suspending concave aperture 7a of the supporting pillars 6, so that the overall supporting plates 8 of rollers is fixed in the state of received into the concave entering room 18 of footwear.
If the roller apparatus is contained into the concave entering room 18 of the bottom piece of footwear as described above, it is capable of walking freely like running shoes, because there are not any obstacles in a flat part of footwear. In the case of exposing the rollers 10 outside the footwear back in this state, if you push the knob 1 1 a of the driving lever 1 1 , the stoppers 12 secede from the concave aperture 7a of the supporting pillars 6 and then, a helical torsion spring 14a arranged in the axis bars 5 exhibits elasticity to vertically stand the supporting pillars 6 as shown in Fig. 6a, so that the rollers 10 and the
supporting plates 8 for rollers are safely arranged on the supporting stands 2, 2a back to change into a roller skating shoes as described above.
Industrial Applicability
In constituting footwear containing a roller skate according to the present invention as described above-:
By simultaneously operating supporting plates 8 for rollers spindly supporting rollers by a driving lever 1 1 having the two stoppers 12 placed in the front and rear, the present invention has effects as follows.
Firstly, making a put in and out operation of the rollers in use convenient and simple, Secondly, making robustness and endurance excellent by simultaneously supporting rollers placed in the front and the rear by the supporting pillars 6 and the supporting stands 2, 2a, and Thirdly, making structure still simpler than that of a convention apparatus, significantly reducing a production cost and permitting people of all ages to use it with ease, so that it can be extensively and commercially distributed as health goods.
