Abstract

La présente invention concerne un mécanisme d'alignement permettant d'aligner une pièce à usiner telle qu'une microplaquette de microscope pour une machine de traitement de microréseaux. Le mécanisme d'alignement comprend une base de support fixe, un bras de commande et un élément de support à rouleaux. Le bras de commande est fixé de manière coulissante à la base de support et il comprend un actionneur et un bras de positionnement. Le bras de positionnement présente une première surface de positionnement et une seconde surface de positionnement. L'élément de support à rouleaux est également fixé de manière coulissante à la base de support et il comprend une portion de corps principale, un premier rouleau et un second rouleau. Le bras de commande peut faire coulisser le bras de positionnement et l'élément de support à rouleaux vers la pièce à usiner, de sorte que le premier rouleau presse le premier bord de la pièce à usiner contre la première surface de positionnement du bras de positionnement et le second rouleau presse le second bord de la pièce à usiner contre la seconde surface de positionnement du bras de positionnement. Afin d'aligner encore la pièce à usiner dans une troisième position, la pièce à usiner est pourvue d'une surface inférieure et le bras de positionnement présente une troisième surface de positionnement et une multitude de ressorts. La présente invention concerne un procédé intégré dans un dispositif de traitement de microréseaux permettant d'aligner une pièce à usiner.
