Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil et un procédé permettant d'effectuer un virement électronique entre le compte d'un payeur et le compte d'un bénéficiaire, le compte du payeur et le compte du bénéficiaire étant l'un et l'autre gérés par un établissement financier membre d'un réseau de règlement financier. Un payeur (10) envoie un bon de commande (200) à un bénéficiaire (102) par un centre d'affaires (103), ce bon de commande identifiant le payeur. En réponse au bon de commande reçu, le payeur envoie une facture (201) au payeur via le centre d'affaires, cette facture identifiant le compte du bénéficiaire en vue de créditer du montant de l'achat. En réponse à la facture reçue et après approbation de l'achat, le payeur envoie un ordre de paiement sécurisé (202) à la passerelle de paiement (104), cet ordre de paiement identifiant le compte du payeur à débiter. En réponse à l'ordre de paiement sécurisé reçu et après vérification de l'authenticité (203) de l'ordre de paiement, la passerelle de paiement créée un message de demande de paiement (204) pour l'établissement financier du payeur (106) et envoie la demande de paiement au réseau de règlement (105). En réponse au message d'autorisation de paiement (205) émanant de l'établissement financier du payeur, la passerelle de paiement (104) notifie l'autorisation de paiement (206). Le réseau de règlement financier (105) facilite le règlement financier (209) sur une base nette entre l'établissement financier du payeur et l'établissement financier du bénéficiaire.
