Abstract

Cette invention concerne un procédé de fabrication pour produits lyophilisés destiné à empêcher par exemple un gâteau lyophilisé de s'émietter et de s'éparpiller et qui accélère la sublimation de l'eau gelée. Ce procédé consiste à :former une couche gelée d'une solution aqueuse renfermant une substance destinée à être desséchée dans un récipient de lyophilisation dont la surface intérieure est recouverte entièrement ou en partie d'une couche de glace ; et lyophiliser le matériau à dessécher. Ce procédé se caractérise en ce que la couche gelée est telle que la couche de glace est partiellement exposée à la surface de la couche gelée de la solution aqueuse renfermant le matériau à dessécher ou bien que l'on agit sur la température pour que la température du récipient de lyophilisation soit maintenue à 0 °C ou plus pendant la phase initiale de sublimation de l'eau gelée, puis soit abaissée jusqu'à 0 °C pendant la sublimation.
