Abstract

Die Erfindung besteht im Wesentlichen darin, dass durch die aktive Einbeziehung der Fahrzustandsdaten der Umwelt sowie durch statische Verkehrsflussdaten, dynamische Verkehrsflussdaten, topographische Informationen und topologische Informationen vorausschauend Verbindungspfade derart aufgebaut werden, dass die Netzstruktur, trotz der hohen Fluktuation der Teilnehmer, möglichst stabil und damit, wegen der geringeren Anzahl von Verbindungswechseln, die Übertragungsqualität bzw. die Bandbreite verbessert wird.
