Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'identification de protéines spécifiques (PK), associées à des maladies telles que des encéphalopathies subaiguës spongiformes transmissibles (ESST), l'encéphalopathie spongiforme bovine (ESB), le kuru, la scrapie, la maladie de Creutzfeldt-Jakob et analogues. Ce procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : a) prélèvement de certaines parties de l'oeil, b) élaboration d'un échantillon renfermant la matière oculaire et c) mise en oeuvre d'un procédé permettant de déceler la présence de protéines spécifiques PK dans ledit échantillon.
