Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de contraction des pores cutanées utilisé en chirurgie dermatologique ou plastique. Pour obtenir une puissance de rotation répétée à grande vitesse, un moteur à âme creuse est employé, qui accomplit 25000 tours par minute. De plus, une arête de l'aiguille est doublée puis mise en rotation plusieurs fois pour peler un côté interne de la pore. Grâce à ces points spécifiques, on peut empêcher que la peau ne s'enroule. Il est également possible de disjoindre un outil à main d'une aiguille. Le dispositif se caractérise en ce qu'il transmet un signal haute fréquence à une aiguille en utilisant l'axe d'exploitation comme fil conducteur. Le dispositif de contraction des pores cutanées peut être utilisé comme instrument de chirurgie dermatologique ou plastique, de manière satisfaisante pour les patients et les praticiens, en ce qu'il offre une nouvelle façon de pratiquer la chirurgie. La technique antérieure n'offre pas de possibilité de récupération complète en matière de chirurgie par contraction des pores cutanées.
