  • a consolidating agent is injected down the wellbore and out into the formation through the opposed sets of openings in the casing and form two zones in the formation which lie adjacent the respective sets of openings.
  • the resin is allowed to set and cure in these zones to become consolidated masses around the respective sets of openings.
  • the resin is a thermosetting resin which is cured by the temperature in the formation.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'achèvement de puits dans des formations non consolidées (11) par injection d'une résine durcissable dans des zones diamétralement opposées (15) à l'intérieur de la formation, puis par durcissement de la résine pour former une masse consolidée dans lesdites zones. Une fois la résine durcie, les zones consolidées sont fracturées hydrauliquement (16) pour établir une communication fluidique entre les zones non traitées de la formation (11) à l'extérieur de ces zones et le puits (10). De préférence, le fluide de fracture contient des agents de soutènement revêtus de résine qui, une fois durcis, forment une masse perméable dans les fractures (16) pour permettre ainsi l'écoulement de fluides à travers ces dernières (16) tout en empêchant l'écoulement de sable.
