Abstract

La présente invention concerne un ADNc mammifère codant pour une protéine liée à la nébuline. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation de l'ADNc, de fragments, de compléments, et de variants de ceux-ci, ainsi que de la protéine codée, de portions de celle-ci, et d'anticorps dirigés contre elle, pour permettre le diagnostic et le traitement de troubles cardiaques et musculaires, en particulier la myopathie à némaline, et qui sont utilisés comme marqueur de l'ontogénie cardiaque. L'invention concerne également la mise au point de cette protéine, ainsi que des vecteurs d'expression et des cellules hôtes supplémentaires pour la production de la protéine, ainsi qu'un système de modèle transgénique.
