Abstract
La présente invention concerne un système de réservation de tickets qui utilise un système de communication sans fil d'un nouveau type dans lequel les processus de confirmation de l'identité et d'émission de ticket sont séparés. Selon la présente invention, il s'agit d'un système de réservation de tickets comprenant un terminal de communication sans fil capable d'afficher un certain code et un serveur relié à travers l'Internet, un téléphone ou un terminal de communication sans fil qu'un client peut utiliser pour effectuer une réservation. Le serveur envoie le code au terminal de communication sans fil et, si le client est connecté au serveur par un système à réponse vocale (SRV) à travers Internet, des téléphones filaires ou sans fil ou le terminal de communication sans fil, le client entre une donnée de réservation et le numéro du terminal de communication sans fil dudit client, le serveur envoie un certain code au terminal de communication sans fil du client et la réservation du client qui détient le terminal de communication sans fil est confirmée par l'utilisation du code reçu au niveau du terminal de communication sans fil.
