Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'iontophorèse capable de maximiser les effets d'une substance bioactive ou d'un médicament en facilitant sa pénétration dans la peau, en raison d'une force de répulsion exercée entre les mêmes charges électriques, dans le cas de massage de la peau après application d'une préparation à usage local, formulée par dispersion homogène d'une substance bioactive ou d'un support de médicament dans une matrice hydrophile. La substance bioactive renfermant un antioxydant tel que la vitamine C se présente sous une forme chargée après ionisation, et un support de médicament comprenant des liposomes encapsule la/ ou les substances bioactives de propriétés soit hydrophiles, soit lipophiles, avec charges superficielles négatives ou positives.
