Abstract

Cette invention porte sur un procédé de facturation pour un réseau confédéré tel que l'Internet par le biais des terminaux d'utilisateur connectés au réseau. Le fournisseur de réseau génère un code tarifaire qui est transmis à tous les terminaux d'utilisateur. Ceux-ci convertissent ensuite ledit code tarifaire et génèrent ainsi automatiquement un ensemble de règles de mesure pouvant être utilisées afin de configurer un compteur de trafic du réseau.
