Abstract

La présente invention concerne, de façon générale, des composés nanocristallins, ainsi que des bras de liaison pour composés nanocristallins permettant de rattacher les nanocristaux aux composés organiques. Le composé nanocristallin comprend un nanocristal, un bras de liaison et un composé organique. De préférence, le composés organique est un composé biologiquement actif pouvant servir de sonde fluorescente. De préférence, l'arbre de liaison est une chaîne carbonée pourvue d'un point d'attache pour le nanocristal et d'un point d'attache pour le composé organique. Plus précisément, le nanocristal est rattaché au bras de liaison par l'intermédiaire d'un groupe R3 et le composé organique est rattaché au bras de liaison par l'intermédiaire d'un groupe R2. Le groupe R2 est une liaison ou il est sélectionné dans le groupe constitué de carbonyle, O, NH, S, CONH, COO, S, C1-10 alkyle, carbamate et thiocarbamate. Le groupe R3 est sélectionné dans le groupe constitué de : SH, O(CH2(n)O)nSH, NH(CH2(n)O)nSH, NH(CH2(n)NH)SH, S(CH2(n)O)nSH, S(CH2(n)S)SH, et d'une chaîne polymère. n est compris entre 1 et 10. S est attaché au nanocristal.
