Abstract

Ce micro-afficheur comporte un substrat de base sur lequel se trouve un réseau pouvant être adressé de manière active. Plusieurs contacts électrique relient ce réseau à un circuit d'entrée électrique. Un substrat de couverture, qui est placé au-dessus du substrat de base, est surmonté d'une couche conductrice. Cette dernière est couplée électriquement à une borne électrique opposée au circuit d'entrée électrique. Un matériau électro-optique se trouve entre la couche conductrice du substrat de couverture et le substrat de base.
