Abstract

L"invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé de chauffage et/ou d"évaporation de milieux liquides ou gazeux, le milieu à chauffer et/ou à évaporer parcourant au moins un dispositif de circulation présentant une ou plusieurs couches de circulation comportant chacune un ou plusieurs canaux de circulation. Les canaux de circulation sont conçus en tant que microcanaux. Le milieu est chauffé au moyen d"au moins un dispositif de chauffage destiné à fournir de l"énergie calorifique, et relié au dispositif de circulation. Le dispositif de chauffage permet de régler un profil de température dans les canaux de circulation dans le sens d"écoulement du milieu, de manière que le milieu parcourant les canaux de circulation soit exposé dans différentes zones des canaux de circulation à des températures surfaciques différentes pouvant être réglées indépendamment les unes des autres, et se réchauffe ainsi de manière ciblée à des températures différentes.
