Abstract

L'invention concerne une plaque d'analyse multipuits fermée, servant à réaliser des mesures optiques analytiques, notamment dans le domaine de la biochimie, la protection de l'environnement et le diagnostic médical. L'invention vise à créer une plaque d'analyse multipuits pouvant être manipulée facilement et de façon économique, permettant d'obtenir des résultats d'analyse dans une large mesure non falsifiés, même pour des fractions de l'ordre du microlitre, lors de mesures optiques analytiques, notamment à des températures élevées et sur une longue période. A cet effet, les ouvertures du récipient collecteur de la plaque d'analyse multipuits sont fermées par un matériau d'étanchéité optiquement transparent, par exemple par un film transparent constitué de plastique ou d'une plaque de verre. Les adhésifs servant à fixer le matériau d'étanchéité qui recouvre les ouvertures du récipient collecteur se trouvent exclusivement au niveau des points de contact entre le matériau d'étanchéité et la plaque d'analyse multipuits, mais non dans la zone des ouvertures du récipient collecteur.
