Abstract
La présente invention concerne des compositions renferment des complexes de protéines de choc thermique liées de façon covalente ou non à des antigènes qui se caractérisent par l'antigénicité des antigènes présents dans les cellules et les tissus associés à la pathologie de troubles ou de maladies à caractère neurovégétatif (tels que la maladie d'Alzheimer). Ces compositions peuvent être isolées à partir de tout tissu dans lesquelles elles sont présentes, tel que des cellules humaines malades, des modèles non humains pour la maladie ou des cellules cultivées in vitro qui expriment des antigènes associés à des troubles neurodégénératifs. De plus, l'invention concerne des méthodes de prévention et de traitement de maladies et de troubles d'ordre neurovégétatif reposant sur l'emploi des compositions selon l'invention. L'invention concerne également des kits renfermant lesdites compositions.
