Abstract

L'invention concerne un fragment d'acide nucléique isolé codant pour une protéine métabolique du phosphatidylinositol. L'invention concerne également la synthèse d'un gène chimérique codant pour l'ensemble ou une partie de la protéine métabolique du phosphatidylinositol, dans une orientation sens ou antisens, l'expression de ce gène chimérique entraînant une modification des taux de cette protéine métabolique du phosphatidylinositol dans une cellule hôte.
