Abstract

L'invention concerne un agent de contraste pour IRM. La capacité de mise en images est exprimée uniquement dans les cellules anormales cibles, telles que des tumeurs. La mise en images n'est par réalisée sur le site ou elle n'est pas nécessaire, ce qui permet d'améliorer considérablement la sensibilité de détection des cellules anormales, telles que des tumeurs. L'invention concerne également un agent de contraste pour IRM comprenant un complexe constitué d'un agent de contraste polyanionique du type gadolinium (Gd) et d'un polymère cationique ou comprenant un complexe constitué d'un agent de contraste polycationique du type gadolinium (Gd) et d'un polymère anionique, ces deux complexes étant capables de former un complexe de polyions. En outre, cet agent de contraste pour IRM exprime une capacité d'IRM à un pH neutre et en présence d'un électrolyte polymérique.
