  • the upward facing adhesive thus permits the marginal edges of the flexible transparent film 10 to be stuck and firmly sealed to the adhesive strips 14
  • an additional step in the method of providing a temporary replacement window is shown in which additional single sided adhesive tapes 18 are applied to the top of the edges of the transparent sheet of film. Consequently, a temporary window replacement for a wide variety of window opening configurations is achieved that also has the necessary optical clarity for automotive purposes.

Abstract
