Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés et systèmes d'installation et de prise en charge d'un logiciel autonome d'aide à l'utilisateur lors d'une session de lecture du Web ou de navigation dans le Web dans un réseau informatique. Le réseau informatique comprend au moins un ordinateur client associé à un fournisseur de biens, de services ou d'informations, et au moins un serveur d'agent de navigation associé à un agent de navigation autonome. Le procédé selon la présente invention consiste: (a) à contrôler dans l'ordinateur client une suite de clics; (b) à transmettre les données de suite de clics au serveur d'agent de navigation, les données de suite de clics étant dérivées de la suite de clics; (c) à recevoir des données de commande correspondant aux données de suite de clics; (d) à offrir une option de commande à l'utilisateur, l'option de commande étant basée sur les données de commande; et (e) à réaliser l'option de commande, si l'utilisateur la sélectionne.
